To ensure the effectiveness of the protocol, indicators and evaluation criteria have been established.
The Investigating Committee will meet twice a year. At these meetings, the measures carried out will be evaluated, both in terms of dissemination and awareness-raising and, where appropriate, in terms of action. At the end of each period, a report on the conclusions will be submitted to the Centre’s management and to the Equality Committee.
Preventive action
- Approve the protocol for the prevention of and action against sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
- Disseminate the protocol to all staff.
- Incorporate information on sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression in the welcome documentation for new employees.
- Train Contact Persons and members of the Human Resources Department on sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
- Carry out an awareness-raising campaign.
